Exchanges & Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it and request to exchange it or request a refund.

Customers are responsible for paying the costs of shipping items back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Steel Landscaping Co. request that items are returned via a professional courier as all our items are very heavy, we advise using Palletline.

If you wish to exchange your item for another product, you must return the item and place a new order.

Please note, items that are bespoke and made to order may only be returned if they’re damaged.

Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return here at Steel Landscaping Co., please bear in mind that:

  • The product that you purchased must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must be unused and still in its original packaging.
  • We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return.

Once we have received your returns, we will let you know and confirm we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. As soon as we have finished inspecting your item(s) we will let you know the status of your refund.


If we approve your refund, the refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

Depending on your card issuer’s policies, the refund period may vary between 3 and 10 working days.
