At Steel Landscaping Co., we endeavour to get your items delivered as quickly as possible. All our items are made to order, so depending on the size of your order, delivery times may vary.

We recommend you do not plan your installation date until the product has been delivered.
We typically deliver goods using our own fleet of vehicles ranging from transit vans to pick-up trucks with trailers.
If access to your delivery address is restricted, please let us know when speaking to our team.
Deliveries are made from Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.
We will advise your approximate delivery date/time via Email or Telephone. If after a delivery notification, you are unable to receive a delivery, please inform our team as soon as reasonably possible by email (email@example.com) to discuss alternative arrangements.
Delivery charges vary depending on the value of your order and your location and cannot be refunded unless the goods you ordered were delivered damaged or faulty.

Returning your order
You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. The costs of shipping are non-refundable and non-negotiable. Steel Landscaping Co. request that items are returned via a professional courier as all our items are very heavy, we advise using Palletline.

Our team are operating safe social distancing and where possible will contact you prior to delivery to discuss offloading.
